The application for "Sunrise Kennel" was approved with conditions:

• Obtain kennel license from Dept of Ag / Bureau of Dog Law
• Provide a copy of the state license to the zoning officer
• Keep all records of kennel up to date according to the kennel regulations w/ the Dept of Ag / Bureau of Dog Law
• Inspection records to be available during business hours
• Maintain the kennel according to the Dog Law and Dept of Ag
• Must inform the Township of any complaints by the state and provide documents to the Township
• Must remedy all state violations within 30 days
• Limit the number of dogs to a K-3
